Intense, pushy, thrilling and going a bit too far. The Bogeyman thrives for horror and danger, never quite satisfied with the scares they do get. They are an adrenaline junky or horror movie fan that goes further and further every time, regardless of the consequences.

The Bogeyman is a playbook for Monsterhearts 2e that represents that friend that's a bit too intense for everyone else. You can step into The Abyss, listen to people's fears, or force people to confront what scares them. When you go into your Darkest Self, that's where things get really fun.
